Production and dispatch

Custom-printed orders go into production after you approve the digital proof. Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days of approval; the exact timeline is shown on each product page and confirmed on WhatsApp.

Shipping

We ship across India with tracked courier partners. Shipping is free on orders above ₹4,999. You receive a photo of your order before dispatch and a tracking link once it ships.

Returns and reprints

Because every order is printed for your brand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, message us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected quantity.
