Chat with usIt depends on the product. Visiting cards and stickers take 2–7 working days, ID cards 3–4, butter paper and carry bags 7–10, boxes and foil or spot UV cards 10–12, courier and mailer bags 12–15, and ribbons and cloth labels 15–18 working days. Timelines start once you approve your proof and can vary slightly with quantity and customisation. Courier delivery takes extra time on top, and every product page shows its own production time.
Yes. A physical sample can be arranged on request for ₹500–₹1,000 depending on the product, plus shipping, and 50% of the sample charge is adjusted in your final order. You are also welcome to visit our Chandigarh office to see existing samples. Either way, we share photos and videos of your product on WhatsApp.
We check every design for print — size, margins, colours and file quality — and tell you if anything needs fixing. Design and artwork work is chargeable, including corrections to an existing design beyond small adjustments, and we share the price before we start. Please send artwork as a CDR or EPS file, or an editable Canva link.
Every order is printed with your design, so it cannot be sold to anyone else once it is made. That is why all orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery — and production starts once payment is confirmed. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
Before printing, we send you a proof on WhatsApp showing your design on the product, with the size, colours and finish. You approve it, and your order is checked against that approved proof at every stage. In custom printing a small variation of up to ±10% in colour, paper texture or finish is normal, and colours on a screen can look different from print, so we point out anything that may print differently before you approve.
It depends on the product. The minimum order is shown on every product page next to the price, and larger quantities lower the price per piece.
We are based in Chandigarh and ship across India with tracked courier partners.
Often, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and deadline before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Yes. Our designers can create or adapt your artwork for the product. Design work is chargeable and we share the price first. Once you approve the final design, it goes to print exactly as approved.
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and we will issue a GST invoice with your order.
